Fix and Fine was founded with a simple mission: to deliver construction and engineering solutions that truly last. What started as a focused waterproofing and repair service in New Delhi has grown into a full-service engineering company with an active presence across India and Dubai.

Today, we are a trusted name in structural repair, waterproofing, epoxy flooring, micro-topping, and allied construction services. Our team of 50+ engineers and skilled technicians brings extensive experience to every assignment — from premium residential villas in Dubai to large industrial projects across India.

In FY 2024-25, our group achieved an annual turnover of Rs. 30 Crores, reflecting our strong market presence and continued growth. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and an authorised applicator of MAPEI for North India.

17+ years of rich experience in waterproofing, screeding, micro-topping, design concrete, epoxy flooring, and allied services. Holds a B.Tech degree (2004) and certification in Repair and Rehabilitation. Member of the Dr. Fixit Champion Waterproofers Premier Club.

Mr. Modassir

Managing Director & Marketing (India)

14+ years of experience in managing structural repair, waterproofing, screeding, micro-topping, and allied services projects. Holds a B.Tech degree.

Mr. Razi Akhtar

Project Engineer – Operations (India)

5+ years handling operations of civil work and allied services projects. Known for attention to detail, client-centric approach, and strong project coordination. Holds an M.Tech (Civil) degree.

Mr. Arvind Patel

Operations Manager (India)

11+ years of experience handling operations of civil work and allied services. Ensures all projects are delivered on time and to specification. Holds an MBA degree.
